John Kerry on Hardball: “There is No Appropriate Torture”

John Kerry was on Hardball last night with Chris Matthews talking about Bush's latest speech in his series of speeches on the global war on terror. Kerry covered a wide range of topics including Bush asking "Congress to approve a legal framework for the trial of terrorist suspects."
