Don't Mess With Karl's Job

Karl Rove had this to say about the blogosphere:

There is so much ugliness and viciousness and fundamental untruths that the blogosphere transmits. It also is a vehicle for ugly rumors, for scurrilous personal attacks, an avenue for the creation of urban legends which are deeply corrosive of the political system and of people’s faith in it.

So, what’s Karl more mad about? That he preceives the blogs as intruding on what he sees as his thing, or that they have been exposing him when the media has failed to do its job? My guess its the first. Politicians of the future might not pay for his services if they have a bunch of bloggers effectively swiftboating their opponents for free.
