Cheesesteak - Oh Please!

Cheesesteak bites Kerry - BY DON RUSSELL

Honestly have these reporters got nothing better to write about? How about some good solid articles about the issues? Let's hear from these reporters about John Kerry the Hero, John Kerry the Sportsman. I am bored to tears with this foolish how to eat a damn cheesesteak story! Frankly, I would gag on a cheesesteak at this point... oh the fat content alone is enough to raise anyone's cholesterol.

Don Russell and Dana Milbank (see post below) should do a little real reporting. Here's my commentary to Don:

Don,

Let's get real! Do the good people of Philly care about the Unemployment Rates, the gross deficit in the Federal Budget, Global Warming and the Environment. These are just a few of the issues that plaque our country at the moment.

What is politically incorrect is publishing such trite and petty, un-newsworthy articles. What is politically incorrect is that our current President (who was not actually elected) has made a gross mockery of our government, right down to perhaps pushing some of his pals to support a Recall for the Governor of CA. Arnold's bid for Governor of CA - Total Recall - is a Total Joke.

I am appalled that you and other reporters find this story to be newsworthy. John Kerry is far from a Boston Blue Blood and perhaps more in truth a True Hero, a True Sportsman and he has far more class than you or any other reporter who have deemed this to be an issue in the upcoming Presidential Election. Did you happen to report on the wonderful story about John Kerry riding 110 miles across Massachusetts to raise money for cancer research through the Jimmy Fund, earlier this month? That, Don, was newsworthy!

If you had any sense you would do your reporting about the True Issues and what John Kerry can do for our country when he is elected. As a voter that's what I care about, and unless the whole country is completely off their rocker like you and few other reporters, that's what they care about, too!
