John Kerry will meet with disabled vets in New Mexico on Saturday.

Senator Kerry is a veteran and I believe is able to understand veterans issues more than George W. Bush. Senator Kerry is a decorated Vietnam vet, having earned three purple hearts in service to his country. As a veteran, I will be proud to look to him as commander-in-chief. In the coming weeks, I will be posting more about his military career, and why he was a lone voice after the war calling attention to his fellow vets.
